Lillian has been on different roles of the firm since 2017, and her overall working experience has been over 19 years and across a variety of industries. Prior to taking up the office management role maintaining firm-wide oversight of operations including finance, human resources, technology and marketing, she was a senior conveyancing paralegal.
Lillian is passionate about her work and determined to ensure every matter is handled with care and attention. She keeps the office running smoothly and provides support to our solicitors and whole team.
Jasper Wu
Legal Practice Director
Jasper practises primarily in the areas of business, commercial, finance and property. His expertise covers a broad range of transactions, including acquisition and disposal of businesses and land, retail leasing, private lending and residential development.
Jasper assists all of his clients in their transactions ensuring they are at all times protected whilst endeavoring to complete the transaction in a commercial and efficient manner.
Brenda Chia

Brenda’s areas of expertise are property, business, commercial and finance. She advises on acquisition and disposal of properties (residential, commercial and off-the-plan) and businesses, as well as retail and commercial leasing.
In addition to English, Brenda is a fluent speaker of Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
Brenda prides herself on assisting her clients in achieving desired outcomes for their transactions. Her knowledge, expertise and down-to-earth personality have made her a trusted advisor to her clients.

Iris is one of the original members who joined the firm since its establishment. As a senior paralegal specializing in conveyancing with years of experience, she has had the opportunity to develop and refine exceptional skills, knowledge, attention to detail, and client focus.
With a friendly and helpful manner to deliver consistently smooth transactions, Iris has helped a lot of buyers and sellers to achieve satisfactory outcomes and pain-free settlements.
